The broadcasting complex is designed in such a way that it will allow us to quickly switch to HD broadcasting, the image quality of which is several times higher than in the current SD standard. Also, the new broadcasting room has great possibilities for graphic design of the air,” explained Denis Shelukhin, Technical Director of Inter Media Group.

Most of the programs on Inter Media Group’s TV channels have been produced in HD for more than two years. In preparation for the transition to 16:9 broadcasting and subsequently to the HD standard, in October 2016, the company purchased 17 studio HD cameras from Hitachi, one of the world’s leading innovators in the production of professional television equipment. For Hitachi, the supply of professional HDTV cameras to Inter Media Group was the first contract for this class of equipment in the Ukrainian television market.

“Hitachi has been successfully developing premium TV technologies for a wide range of customers. The company listens closely to the requirements of users today and helps to build the right path to the transition to tomorrow’s technologies,” said Kemal Yulmaz, CEO of Hitachi Kokusai, Turkey.
