“ROSS’S OWN UNREAL-BASED DEVELOPMENTS ARE AN EVOLUTIONARY PROCESS THAT GIVES US THE FREEDOM TO MOVE MORE DYNAMICALLY, WITHOUT EXTERNAL CONSTRAINTS.” JEFF MOORE
The announcement follows the termination of the agreement with the Norwegian company Future Group. Over the past two years, Ross has worked with Future Group on a global scale to offer the Frontier rendering system. This contract expires on March 15, after which both companies will develop independent strategies.
Ross will ensure a seamless transition to the new rendering platform for Frontier’s many users.
“Ross has been working diligently over the past few years to bring Unreal™ rendering to virtual production,” said Jeff Moore, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Ross Video. “Our customers have been able to achieve amazing results with AR/VS products. Ross’s own development based on Unreal is an evolutionary process that gives us the freedom to move more dynamically, without external constraints.”
Ross Video will announce the availability of its new solutions closer to NAB 2019, where the company will present its achievements in television production technologies at booth SL1805, 9000 square meters. A large area will be allocated for ARVS to demonstrate full-cycle workflows.
